Step 1: Booking

Fill in your details here and select the service you need: wash, dry, fold, and/or iron. Then choose your preferred pickup date and time. Once submitted, we’ll contact you to confirm your booking details.

Step 4: Payment

We’ll email your invoice after processing begins. Payment is required before return delivery.

Step 2: Pick up

After your booking is confirmed, we’ll come to your address to collect your laundry. You can hand it to us directly or leave it in a safe place. Please place your items in bags to make the pickup process smooth and easy.

Step 5: Return

Your cleaned items will be returned the next day, neatly packed in bags and/or hangers.

In case of rain: Please let us know if there’s an undercover area where we can safely leave your laundry (e.g. garage), or feel free to place waterproof containers outside.

Step 3: Progress

We’ll begin working on your laundry according to the services you selected.

For washing and drying, we use cold wash and tumble dry by default. If you prefer warm/hot wash, delicate dry, or air drying, feel free to leave us a note when booking.
