  1. Minimum Pickup Amount: Our minimum charge per pickup is $50. Not sure how much your laundry will cost? Just ask — we’re happy to give you a quick estimate.

  2. Bagging Your Laundry: Please place your laundry in plastic bags before we arrive. This helps keep everything clean, tidy, and easy to carry.

  3. Pet Hair Notice: We’re a pet-loving household, but due to allergies, we can’t accept laundry that may contain pet hair. Please remove any pet hair before we pick up your items. Thanks for understanding.

  4. Ironing Service – Hangers Needed: If you’d like your ironed clothes returned on hangers, please provide them when we collect your laundry.
